Regarding my book... Essential Oils and
Aromatics, by ME ... Amazon has them...I don't. If you simply can't wait
to get your hands on it, please order it through
our link on our Amazon book reviews page. Of course, if
you wait and order it from us, it will include the dedication the publisher
omitted, and I might be persuaded to autograph it for you.
Two new grandbabies...born February 4th and February 16th. Family

you want to share our celebration.
Client Feedback:
Eva Lyman, from Oregon recently wrote:
I must tell you; I hit my elbow on the towel
rack and it felt like I broke the bone due to the severity of my pain. I
applied 5% dilution all day the first day and in the morning the next day. I
was able to use my arm all day long and the pain was gone the next
afternoon. Never a bruise and no lost sleep from pain.
Thanks for letting us share that, Eva...I need to post it on our
Helichrysum Healing
Page.

I just wanted you to know I recently ordered Sea
Buckthorn Berry CO2 Extract; Pomegranate Seed Oil; White Camellia Oil; Argan
Oil; Jojoba Oil. I'm using them combined on my whole body - from head to toe! My
skin has never looked better! I have combination skin and tend to break-out with
blemishes frequently. I have not had one blemish since I started using these
products! It's pretty amazing! My skin looks younger and more vibrant. My pores
seem smaller too! My skin feels so silky soft it's incredible!

Just had to tell you that I love the lavender CO2. Smells
just like fresh lavender. I have never really like an lavender EO eventhough
lavender is my favourite plant in the garden. This CO2 is the one.
(Feedback like that makes our day, folks...thank both of you for sharing,
and for giving me permission to quote you!)
SPRING CLEANING RECIPES

Note... Lemon Eucalyptus is a VERY strong anti-fungal oil, great for
mold, mildew and just musty areas. With the spring thaw coming a lot of us
can face dampness in cellars, etc. When MY house flooded, I diffused a
blend of Lemon eucalyptus and tea tree. Left everything fresh and clean with no
lingering mildewy smell.

Essential Herbal Magazine.
(If you use, grow, cook with or heal with herbs, this magazine is a must have!)
Here is a formula for a Soft Scrub that is a staple at my
house. I store it
in pretty jars and use it in the kitchen and the bathrooms. It's wonderful
to use on sinks and toilets. There is no leftover grit and no streaking. I
regret that I don't measure the ingredients, but I'll try to guess: In a
large mixing bowl place about 2 cups baking soda. Pour a little vegetable
glycerin across the top (to prevent caking), then some liquid soap
Stir with a wooden spoon. When all is mixed well, check for
consistency. If you want it stiffer, add more soda; if you want it softer,
add more soap. Stir in tea tree oil and orange EO (or extract). To use,
spread some Soft Scrub on a teflon scrubber, or soft cloth, clean, rinse,
and dry.
RESPIRATORY BLEND:
My friend Michel, in France, is one of my mentors in this healing art. A
long time ago he shared his favorite diffuser blend for
respiratory/bronchial disorders. Here it is... equal parts of:
Hyssopus montana (ex decumbens) (hyssop)
Abies balsamea (Balsam Fir)
Melaleuca quinquinervia ct cineol (Niaouli)
Eucalyptus globulus (Blue Gum Euc.)
Pinus pinaster (Sea Pine)
Ravensara aromatica
Pinus sylvestris (Scotch Pine)
Mix equal parts, diffuse .. for most effective diffusion
he recommends a nebulizer. This is for serious stuff, folks.
