Ever since we introduced our Cleopatra's Secret line of
anti-aging skincare products, occasionally a client would
write and ask if we offered a Cream. My answer was
always "why?... we have the serum and the toner, and what is
a creme other than a blend of oils and water." In my
opinion, the use of the Toner, followed by a drop of our
Serum was "enough." (Can you tell that I'm not one to
use Face Cremes?) But the requests continued. So we
searched. Radiance is the result. Made with
primarily cetified organic ingredients, it is rich and
lush, packed with the anti-aging essential oils and extracts
that have made our Cleopatra's Secret line of products
beloved by so many of our clients, a bit "rosier" in aroma
than most of the Cleo's line because of the use of Rose
Hydrosol as its primary ingredient.
Light enough for a face creme, but during this long cold
winter of 2010 I have been using it as a hand and body cream
as well. This is the first winter that I can remember
that my hands have not reddened and cracked from the cold.
Rather than staying in the "Powder Room" *my* jar sits on
the shelf of this computer desk, where I'll remember to
apply it frequently.
We polled our Facebook Fans regarding the packaging. I
don't *like* putting cremes in a jar. The possibility
of contamination increases astronomically. We were
asked if we could put it in an airless pump. A new venture
in packaging for us, but we felt this elegant creme deserved
some very special packaging. The pump, by protecting
the product both from exposure to air, and to not always
sterile fingers allowed us to use the absolute minimal
preservation system, and still ensure product safety.
