We're all in favor of sugar and/or salt scrubs for the tough skin on the soles of your feet. Ground Walnut (and other shells) sound safe and natural. Directions:

Apply a small amount to moist skin, stroke gently in a circular motion, rinse well. I'd keep it away from my eyes. Follow with your favorite toner. Depending on your skin type you might want to use this up to three times a week. My mature skin loves it once a week, we had to stop Ginger from using it every night.
