Whipped Shea Butter - Butyrospermum parkii and AIR...lots and lots of air!

This is our pure unrefined Shea Butter whipped for hours to a lighter than air fluff. There are absolutely no carrier oils or other additives in this product. (We do add a drop of Vit. E to preserve freshness.) The Shea Souffle' is whipped in very small batches for at least two hours to insure there are absolutely no lumps. Light, fluffy (as a souffle' should be!) we have all fallen in love. Now, everyone knows all the skincare benefits of Shea Butter. But it can be hard. I don't LIKE having to rub things into my delicate skin. Our Shea Souffle' literally melts into my skin. It's hard to keep everyone here from the samples.

This is unscented whipped Shea Butter. Because it is so light your favorite essential oil or blend can easily be stirred into it. Courtney sent some to her friend Karla in Oregon and she added a few drops of Patchouli to it. She uses it every day, and her friends (both male) say they're addicted to it and want some of their own. (Sold by volume, not by weight, since it's light as a feather!)

Stimulating Scalp Oil - Alopecia

For a period of 20 years I suffered from the uncertainty of Alopecia Areata. I remember the nightmares I caused me, as well as the embarrassment. Recently, a properly run double blind study was done by a team of dermatologists. The abstract of the study is available HERE. Now, the study does not indicate which chemotypes of the essential oils were used, nor the proportions of the blend. Here, at Nature's Gift, we have put together a synergy of the named oils in amounts that "seemed right" to us. Equal parts of the two carrier oils named in the study, with a five % dilution of the essential oil synergy seemed appropriate for the recommended daily scalp massage. We make NO claims as to whether this synergistic blend will give you the results found in the study, however we would welcome replies from any who try it. A personal aside: I know that for me, episodes of Alopecia were triggered by extreme stress, and I think it is no co-incidence that the period of remission coincided with my introduction to the healing power of the essential oils. I would strongly recommend you further explore the emotionally calming oils and synergies available to you, here, or elsewhere.

Skin Renewal Exfoliant Creme

Finally an exfoliant gentle enough for all the ladies of Nature's Gift.

We're all in favor of sugar and/or salt scrubs for the tough skin on the soles of your feet. Ground Walnut (and other shells) sound safe and natural. All of these have a crystaline structure or sharp edges, which can leave behind abrasions... microscopic scratches on the surface of your skin. Is this how you want to treat your skin? It might be acceptable for the tough skin on your feet, but for delicate facial or body skin? We don't think so.

Skin Renewal to the rescue! tiny rounded beads of purest jojoba wax gently buff away dead skin cells and other debris without damaging the most sensitive skin. Leave your skin renewed and refreshed with this gentle creamy exfoliant. Safe, gentle and effective for all skin types. Leaves skin fresh, smooth and glowing.

Apply a small amount to moist skin, stroke gently in a circular motion, rinse well. I'd keep it away from my eyes. Follow with your favorite toner. Depending on your skin type you might want to use this up to three times a week. My mature skin loves it once a week, we had to stop Ginger from using it every night.

We couldn't decide whether to fragrance it with our Cleopatra's Secret synergy, for my mature skin, with Harmony, to please Christi and Ginger, or... well, you get the picture. We've left it unscented. If we WERE to have added an essential oil it would be at a very low percentage - 1/2 of 1%. This translates to a mere three drops of your favorite for this one ounce jar.

Harmony Cleanser

Designed for Combination and Sensitive skin: Our gentlest creamy cleanser ever. Everyone here loves this mild, soothing cleanser. Available in a 4 ounce Boston Round bottle, with a lotion pump. Apply to damp skin, rub in gently to loosen dirt and makeup, rinse well. Harmony Cleanser's gentle emollients dissolve makeup and dirt for easy removal. Harmony Facial Lotion

Designed for Combination and Sensitive skin: Not quite as rich as a cream, not oil based like our Serum, this light lotion is ideal for the dry or sensitive patches on your skin, yet won't aggravate the oily portions of combination skin. Gently soothing and emollient but never comedogenic. A gentle non-oily moisturizer that gently helps balance your complexion. Apply just a single drop morning and/or evening to dry skin. Scented with our Harmony Synergy - gentle balance for skin and spirit. Cont: 1 fl oz.

Harmony Balancing Masque

Soothe and smooth sensitive or combination skin. Net weight 1.5 oz. When we tested this Masque base, before adding any oils our responses were unanimously excited. I wrote: "The masque... OH YES.. I used on just one side of my face... last nite...this morning even Christi could FEEL the difference in smoothness on the side I used it on." Christi wrote, "Masque/Mask-I like this, quite gentle for a masque & not so pore tightening. It makes the face feel soft/smooth & I had NO sensitive skin issues with it." And Ginger raved: This was my favorite! It moisturizes and calms the skin without leaving any greasy residue behind. I tried it plain for a few days and then with a drop or two of Harmony synergy mixed in. I liked it both ways, but better with the synergy added. Three women with very different skin types, but all of us with sensitive and "reactive" skin. A definite must have for your skincare routine.
