Publisher's Synopsis:Tisserand shows how the various essences can be used to maintain healthy hair and skin, promote general well-being, and assist in treating more serious health problems, She shares her techniques for enhancing sensual satisfaction with massage and gives advice on how to use aromatherapy during pregnancy and childbirth. My Comments This book was a delightful surprise. It is in no way a full 'Introduction" to aromatherapy, but it's a delightful addition to a growing library. Maggie Tisserand has obviously spent her life surrounded by the oils, and shares her matter of fact uses of them in her own life, and in raising her children. Many of her ideas go contrary to what I have been taught, or read in many popular books; she has encouraged me to experiment more and to learn for myself what works and what doesn't, rather than relying on the "authorities." I'd encourage any woman who is ready to experiment and considers herself beyond the 'brand new beginner' stage to add this little volume to her library!
