Shipping and Handling:
May, 2007: The recent post office rate increases have drastically
affected our shipping costs. We are currently in process of trying to
reconfigure our shopping cart to show accurate shipping plus a minimal
handling fee. The experiment is not going smoothly. Please bear
with us while we try to make our system reflect reality.
If, during the process of changes, the shopping cart charges you $5.00
more or less than true S&H, we will either refund the difference if you are overbilled, or rebill your credit card to make up for our loss. Thank
you for your patience during this time of reconstruction.

Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with the products you select and to share our love of our oils.
The unfortunate truth, though, is that sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with the order; ie, an item is broken, or the wrong item is placed in your box, please E-mail us immediately. We will, of course, make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
If upon receipt of your order you realize that you made a mistake in ordering, that, for example, you wanted Bulgarian Lavender and actually ordered French, we will accept returns of UNOPENED products, although we must charge a 25% restocking fee.
You *must* first notify Nature's Gift of the problem with the order,
prior to returning it. NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for
any reason without prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are never
refundable. However, once an Essential Oil, Hydrosol, or Carrier Oil has been opened, we are unable to resell it for reasons of quality control. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns of
any opened products for any reason
(except, as described above, in case of our error, with prior authorization.)
If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel an order,
please call us (615) 612-4270 within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After that time we may not be able to make any changes. If your
package has already been mailed, it will be subject to the return
charges outlined above. If the package has been packed and postage
applied to the box, you will be charged the S&H we have invested. If you are curious about a new product or, for any reason, uncertain about an
item we would be glad to send you samples. If you are placing an order, we can include a limited number of samples with the order at no charge to you. If you wish to sample some of our oils or synergies prior to purchasing, you may use our sample request form.
There is a $3.00 shipping and handling charge for up to five Essential
Oil samples if shipped within the United States.
