MY COMMENTS:
I am really glad that I checked this out from the library rather than buying it! First of all, the format seems confusing to me. The oversized format, and the repetitive format seemed to make all the oils run together; hard to focus on. They discuss several "Essential Oils" that in my experience and my teaching are only available as absolutes; non-EO's. I think this makes the reader more prone to be a target of those selling synthetics as "pure" EO's, since we are lead to believe the true oils are out there on the market place. Under "Documented Properties" they often list properties that the herbal form of the plant is reputed to have; but assuming that the EO and the dried herb, flower, root, etc. have the same properties is not always a safe assumption. In spite of their listing "CAUTION:" statements after almost every Essential Oil in their book, they omit some very important warnings regarding sensitization. The prevalence of caution statements almost lulled me into a sense of security that they had covered all the bases in this regard. However, they didn't.
My recommendation: buy the Lawless, or Worwood or Wildwood! Give this one a pass.
