My comments: No, of course it's not aromatherapy. What it is, tho, is a lovely book of floral and aromatic crafts. Worth a look if this is your primary interest. (and this is how I became interested in the essential oils, through making pot pourri and other aromatic and herbal crafts. There is no WRONG way to discover the oils!)
